The Detroit Pistons held an open practice at the Athletics Center O’rena at Oakland University on October 6. The Pistons brought the complete show to the home court of the Golden Grizzlies, including the dance team, flight crew and drum line.Playing four six-minute periods, the Pistons split into two teams for what was a scrimmage against each other. July 22; Clarkston, MI – Mayhem Fest 2012 made it’s stop in Detroit on Sunday, featuring the return of Slipknot amongst the slew of bands out to entertain fans in the most metal of ways. Along with the Iowa-based group, bands such as Slayer, Motorhead, As I Lay Dying, The Devil Wears Prada and many more joined the tour to make this year’s festival as successful as possible.
